Notice pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 ("GDPR") - Processing of Personal Data

Extraspazio srl informs that the data provided by its Customers will be processed in compliance with the following conditions:

Personal Data Processed Extraspazio will process the personal data provided by the Customer when requesting contact information, information, and quotes, during the contractual relationship, and upon conclusion of the contract for the supply of goods and services.

Purpose of Processing and Data Provision The personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Legal purposes for compliance with administrative, accounting, tax, and other legal obligations
  2. Contractual purposes related and instrumental to the stipulation of the contract and the management of the relationship with the potential or existing customer (from the pre-contractual phase to the execution and closing of the contract)
  3. Marketing purposes for measuring customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided and for commercial and/or promotional purposes, such as the promotion of products and/or services via email, text messages, telephone contact, letters, advertising material, and automated systems, without prejudice to your right to withdraw your consent to the use of your data for this additional purpose at any time. For legal purposes and for compliance with administrative, accounting, and tax obligations and requirements, no consent is required. Providing personal data is optional, but strictly necessary for the definition and execution of the contractual relationship and the related legal obligations. Failure to provide such data may result in the partial or complete termination and/or execution of the contract, resulting in the Customer's dissatisfaction due to the inability to fulfill the related legal obligations. The Customer is required to provide updated data in order to comply with legal obligations requiring the collected data to be accurate and, therefore, up-to-date.

Retention In relation to the purposes indicated, the processing of personal data is carried out by the data controller and the data processors, using manual, paper, automated, and/or electronic means, as well as any other suitable media. Regardless of the Customer's decision to remove such data, the data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the contractual and commercial relationship and the resulting mutual obligations, and for a minimum of 10 years.

Scope of Communication and Dissemination The data will be disclosed and processed by Extraspazio srl and may be disclosed, within their respective areas of expertise, to its collaborators and consultants, and to affiliated or controlled companies specifically authorized to process such data for the purposes set out above (banks, law firms, tax advisors, etc.). The data may also, where necessary, be disclosed to third parties for purposes ancillary to the business relationship, to the extent necessary to perform such ancillary tasks. Extraspazio srl does not request from its customers and does not process special categories of data pursuant to Article 9 of the GDPR (for example, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data, etc.).

Data Dissemination and Transfer The data will not be disclosed. The data will be managed on cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Cloud, Amazon Cloud Services, Stripe.com, PayPal, etc.), including those located abroad.

Rights of the Data Subject You may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Granate Privacy) at any time and exercise your rights vis-à-vis the aforementioned data controller, in particular, to request access to your data to verify its use, correct, update, or delete it, or object, for legitimate reasons, to its processing. Furthermore, you may always object to data processing for commercial purposes, the sending of advertising materials, direct sales, or interactive commercial communications. Consent to processing may be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its revocation.
